By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


1. Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings made with Chalo Farva UK are strictly non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Customer cancellations
  • Change of plans
  • Failure to attend the tour
  • Missed departures
  • Late arrivals
  • Personal circumstances
  • Medical reasons
  • Travel disruptions outside our control

2. Customer Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking at any time before departure, no refund will be provided.

  • Weekend Tours
  • Overnight Tours
  • International Tours
  • Special Event Tours
  • Seasonal Tours
  • Private Tours
  • Customized Travel Packages

3. No-Shows & Missed Departures

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated departure location on time will be considered a no-show.

No-shows and missed departures are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.


4. Booking Transfers

Bookings are generally non-transferable.

Any request to transfer a booking to another person is solely at the discretion of Chalo Farva UK and may be subject to administrative charges and operational feasibility.


5. Trip Cancellation by Chalo Farva UK

In the unlikely event that Chalo Farva UK cancels a trip due to:

  • Insufficient participant numbers
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Operational issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

customers may be offered either:

  • An alternative tour date, or
  • A refund at the discretion of Chalo Farva UK

Any refund issued shall be limited to the amount paid to Chalo Farva UK.

No additional compensation, expenses, or consequential losses shall be payable.


6. Denied Entry or Travel Restrictions

No refund will be provided if a traveller is unable to participate in a trip due to:

  • Missing travel documents
  • Expired passports
  • Visa issues
  • Legal restrictions
  • Personal conduct
  • Refusal of entry by authorities or venues

Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements.


7. Unused Services

No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour, including:

  • Transportation
  • Accommodation
  • Activities
  • Attractions
  • Meals
  • Excursions

once the tour has commenced.


8. Force Majeure

Chalo Farva UK shall not be liable for refunds, compensation, or losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Flooding
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Civil unrest
  • Acts of God

9. Policy Changes

Chalo Farva UK reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

The version published on our website at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.
