Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, tours, travel packages, and services provided by Chalo Farva UK. By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.


1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and acknowledged by Chalo Farva UK.

  • Confirmation details, itineraries, and travel instructions will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.


2. Eligibility to Book

  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

  • If booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that all participants accept these Terms & Conditions.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may be subject to change due to fuel costs, supplier charges, taxes, exchange rates, or other operational factors.

  • Full payment or the required deposit must be received before travel arrangements are confirmed.

  • Any outstanding balance must be paid before the specified due date.


4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Only the services specifically listed in the itinerary are included.

Items not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to:

  • Personal expenses

  • Travel insurance

  • Optional activities

  • Meals not listed

  • Entry fees not specified

  • Tips and gratuities

shall be considered excluded.


5. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Travel permits

  • Health documentation where applicable

Chalo Farva UK shall not be responsible for any losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving at departure points on time

  • Following instructions from tour leaders and service providers

  • Respecting local laws and regulations

  • Taking care of personal belongings throughout the trip

Chalo Farva UK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.


7. Behaviour & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully throughout the trip.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any traveller who:

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively

  • Causes disruption to the group

  • Violates safety instructions

  • Engages in illegal activities

  • Harasses staff or fellow travellers

No refund will be provided in such circumstances.


8. Changes to Itineraries

Chalo Farva UK reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, transportation, accommodations, or activities due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Government regulations

  • Supplier changes

  • Operational requirements

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Such changes shall not automatically entitle travellers to compensation.


9. Cancellation by Chalo Farva UK

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to:

  • Insufficient bookings

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

Where a trip is cancelled by us, customers will receive a refund of payments made, unless an alternative arrangement is accepted.


10. Customer Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific tour, supplier policies, accommodation providers, and transportation arrangements.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

Non-refundable deposits, tickets, permits, or supplier charges may not be recoverable.


11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical expenses

  • Personal injury

  • Lost baggage

  • Travel delays

Chalo Farva UK is not responsible for costs that could have been covered by travel insurance.


12. Health & Medical Requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.

Guests must:

  • Carry necessary medications

  • Inform us of relevant medical conditions where appropriate

  • Follow health and safety guidelines throughout the trip

We do not provide medical treatment during tours.


13. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Travellers must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies before departure.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs can be met by third-party providers.


14. Third-Party Services

Many travel services are provided by independent suppliers such as:

  • Hotels

  • Airlines

  • Transportation providers

  • Attractions

  • Tour operators

Chalo Farva UK acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of third-party providers.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chalo Farva UK shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness

  • Property loss

  • Travel delays

  • Additional expenses

  • Indirect or consequential losses

arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.


16. Photography & Marketing

Photographs and videos may be taken during tours and events for promotional purposes.

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us otherwise before the trip.


17. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Industrial action

  • Civil unrest

  • Acts of God


18. Complaints

If you experience an issue during your trip, please notify the tour leader or our team immediately.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the completion of your trip.


19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
